Very nice apartments, and for the price you get a lot of ammenities. Personal washer and dryer in unit, all utilities paid except for electric, and neighbors are generally quiet and respectful of each other's space. I do sometimes wish it was a bit closer to campus so I could walk or bike, but I'm also glad not to be next to a bunch of other rowdy students. Management is very professional and quick to address any issues that arise. Parking gets a 4 because I would like to have lived somewhere that offers covered parking, but the lots are are nice and I never have trouble finding a parking space. If you don't have a car, then ATA bus stop is right in front of the complex, and it is free to ride with a K-state ID. I rented from winter 2019 through spring 2020. ...
