Do not adhere to leasing agreement, unless it is to fine or penalize. Upon moving out, despite the lease stating the only security deposit deductions would stem from the move out inspection agreement - they charge for repainting the entire house- without listing damages that necessitated repainting - charge for cleaning the house despite tenants cleaning and nothing listed as unacceptable on move out inspection.
