imagine something is broken in your place. it can be anything right? stove, window, door, AC, Heater, toilet, etc. Imagine calling your landlord and you were told: 1. yeah, you are on the list 2. yeah, someone will be there 3. i'll call the maintencane person again 4. i'll check what's going on the next thing you know, 3 MONTHS has gone by, and NOTHING GOT FIXED! it happen to my window, my dishwasher, my toilet. It doesn't matter what's get broken, and it doesn't matter how desperate you need it fixed, it just won't get fixed unless you check with them EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! i've had a broken dish washer fixed one time within 2 DAYS...... this is when i just first moved in THE VERY FIRST TIME. after that........ it takes AT LEAST A MONTH!! although they claim to have 24-48 Hours guaranteed. they guarantee that they will take your complain alright, but NO GUARANTEE on when SOMEONE will actually COME AND FIX IT! the only reason i'm staying here is just because of the good location. other than that..... nothing else! as soon as i could afford a house, OR if there is a nearby apartment, the first thing i'm doing is MOVE OUT!!!! I rented from winter '06 through fall '08. ...
