I lived here when it was still called Homestead. Around wintertime, the management changed and it was renamed Cardinal Point I. I really liked living here at first because the management was so friendly. There are now two things the mangement staff can do well now--smoke and drool. They will call and ask the same question 3 times. I guarantee you will experience this at least once if not more. They apparently continue to raise their rent so they can afford pens and paper. Also, the apartments are not that wonderful in the first place, but I really enjoyed myself up until winter. I rented from fall '07 through summer '08. ...
