I have been doing the end of season clean up for 6 years at Scotsdale apartments and the past two years since they hired a new housekeeper named Kathy I have felt very unwelcome unappreciated and belittled by her! She had no clue how to run a crew at all everything was done chaotically and unprofessionally! She was very rude and condescending and had no clue how to manage a crew! This year was the worst as I felt unwelcome from the moment I walked in there until the day I walked out! In the years before that when Jill was in charge it was the pleasure to work there she is very attentive appreciative and cared about each and every one of us! Jill was organized detailed and very professional! So I am not sure why you would have somebody of Kathy's nature representing Scottsdale at all! I have never felt so uncomfortable in a situation in my entire life! However I would like to apply Jennifer who has always been kind and appreciative of everyone so to her hats off to her! I do know however I will not return for cleaning ever again as long as Kathy is in charge of anything! So thank you Kathy for making the past 3 days a nightmare for me and the others besides your friends that you had working! ...

Jennifer, the manager is racist. Beware of her. The property looks beautiful from outside but it is structurally too old. Too much leakages. I rented from fall 2015 through fall 2017.
