Quality — poor materials which are falling apart and the roof is leaky. Walls are thin. Price — well I mean, that's the only reason you would live here, right? I will say, price ends up not being worth it if you have to replace all your stuff due to roaches or mold Location — great of you work at the Hospital. 7 Minute bike Ride, 20 min walk Social life — what social life lol Management — very poor, massive roach infestation which they refuse to address. Leaky roof causing extreme humidity in the units. Also does not remove snow or ice causing people to get trapped sliding down the hill in their vehicles in the winter. Stairs and sidewalks get packed with ice. Parking — okay except in football Saturdays when fans rudely take up all the guest spots, management does not enforce football parking ban I rented from fall 2018 through spring 2020. ...
