Terrible place. Paper thin walls, noisy rude secuirty, rude snobby office people, apartments get ants, over priced and tiney. DONT MOVE HERE dont expect to get any of your deposit back they screw you over. Security tickets you if your tv is too loud instead of making sure things are safe. DO NOT RENT HERE. I lived there from 2006-2007 and it really did seem nice when i first moved in - although it was my first apartment. Our apartment already had broken and missing items, which I will go into later. The tenants are drunks or drunk addicts. There were three floors in the building i lived in. First floor, obvious drug dealers and a very strong, bad odor emanated from down there. Second floor: potheads. Third (my floor) a bunch of alcoholics that would keep you up all night whether you wanted to be or not. The environment is not that of a learning atmosphere, serious students do NOT rent here. Not safe to walk around at night unless in a group, many crimes occurred. There was one REPORTED rape, and many many other drug related problems. 255 dollars a month and free internet and cable sounds to good to be true...it is. theres a 300 dollar deposit, don't expect to get any back. In fact, expect to owe them money. They make bogus/ fraudulent charges (i owed them 100 dollars). Don't listen to what they say, listen to someone that has lived there. OH, almost forgot about the security, they use a "security" force to keep you "safe" but the real goal is to make money off of more bogus fees and fines. Loud noise, alcohol possession, and many many more. One night i was asleep and i heard a knocking on the door, so i eventually woke up and went to the door where i saw two security officers. I opened the door and they said "what took you so long? what were you doing in there?" I said, "um, sleeping...." And they said they needed to come in there and take a look...remember there was no reason they should even have bothered me. I said no, so they asked again.
