Cons: Poorly built. Thin walls. My main concern was management. Not the friendliest of people and this was on more than once occassion(I would go into details, but don't want a lawsuit lol). We never gave her hell either! Pros: Very close to school, mall, grocery store, gas station, laundry all in one mile radius. If you are not a loud person it is very livable with roommates, but with this floorplan please do not room with loud people. ...
