The model apartment looks nothing like the apartment you're paying for. They only update the model apartment. There were several massive cockroaches in the model bathroom closet. Room 602, first floor is the model apartment number. They refused to show me the actual apartment I was going to be paying for. Looked nothing like the model. They gave me a date of time I could move in, claiming I was going to get welcome letter. It never came. I called them up, and the woman had no idea who I was. I gave them 100 dollars hold fee and 59 dollar application fee, only for them to call me up days later claiming FALSE AND UNTRUE accusations of my background. They say false accusations of your background in order not to give you the apartment. Oh and when the woman at the desk told me I was disqualified, I asked her if this is common practice to discriminate against people like this in the state of Georgia? The woman didn't even answer my question .... she hung up on me mid sentence. I immediately called back and she didn't answer. I called again and again, when finally some guy answered and I told him I want my 150 dollars back. The name of the woman who hung up on me is The other reviews about how unprofessional this place is 100% true. It's obvious they pay or write their own positive reviews. Nothing in these positive reviews make any sense! This management is horrible! Absolute garbage and unprofessional. You don't do business like this. Stay away from here. I rented from fall 2020 through fall 2020. ...
