I don't even know where to begin. This is just about the sound. I would rather live under a bridge than there. The people there ruined my faith in humanity. I don't trust anyone now and hate most people. I was not at all like that til I moved there. I had to sleep every night with earplugs in, and I could still hear it though. I would be woken up all hours of the night. If you do not like rap or R&B then do not move there. You will hear it 24/7 pretty much. In fact it is soooo loud it will vibrate your bed and things will fall off your wall. All the neighbors scream and get drunk on their balconies almost every night. If you ask them to please be quieter because you have to go to work or school early the next morning then they will call you names and ignore the request. Their kids run into the walls by the bedrooms early morning and late night and just sometimes when they feel like it. Also the walls are paper thin. We had to call the cops at least 3-4 times a week. Sometimes we called several times a day. We were even threatened for calling the cops and we had to move out because the land lord would not do anything. Do not move into Forest Hills Apt. It was not just the people in our building. Everyone I ran into at that apartment was crazy and hated us because we were white. I'm not dreaming this up. They told us that. Also you will constantly hear police sirens, ambulance, construction (went on the whole two years I was there) dogs, (even though people are not supposed to have them). All this is not bad compared to the gun shoots being fired. Our neighbors right below us fought constantly. She'd scream, "Come on, come on!" to her kids everyday. Yes everyday. I counted one day and the count was past 50 once. She'd move in and move out (the furniture would go sometimes). All this would happen around 10pm. That's right. Moving at 10pm and later. Nice Huh? Did the landlord care. #### no as long as he did not have to live there. Trash pick up is at between 12 and 1 am. Also nice. I got woke up by beep beep beep on and on and on all the time. It's so nice to have an alarm going off when I want to sleep. Well that's just my rant for the sound. Moving on to the looks of the place. Well you can see it's not so pretty. Trash is all over the place. Neighbors just throw their McDonald's on the ground when they are done. Management does not pick it up either. I've seen big things in the parking lot sit there for months. The only time anything gets moved is if someone kicks it or one of the dumb kids plays with the trash. There was a drunk guy that ran through our fence and almost hit cars. Pieces of the wreckage were still there months later. Shopping carts were all over the place, beer cans in the bushes, construction scrap all in the front, etc. I think at one point there was 6 shopping carts! There was homeless people going through our trash, and at one point some thugs sitting right beside my door for hours. I finally called the cops. They usually don't do much good at apartments, so I get to where I did not care. Sometimes it would be 3 weeks or more before someone would cut the grass. When they did cut it, they'd be cutting sometimes before 7:30 in the morning. I'm trying my hardest to sleep because of the above mentioned. Glass stayed smashed into the grass for months. The playground and outdoor seating had graphic cuss words all over it, so the kids could see it. It was also torn up and some of it dangerous to kids. Ahhh...the people. This is just a poor place I moved into because it was all I could afford when I first moved into Savannah. My neighbors had 3 kids, but they lived in a 2 bedroom apartment! Most people where like that there. Yet I saw all kinds of Lexus, BMWs, Jaguars, etc. These people are just bad people. They'd rather drive a car around that is more expensive monthly than their rent is. 5 people in a 2 bedroom apartment! I don't think that is right. I do not have a nice car, but I do not want kids throwing hard footballs at my car. :0 That's right and guess who was showing them to do this? Their parents! Once again the cops could not do anything til something is broke. I'm sure the thing dents the car a little if thrown hard. I think it would be a different story if it happened to their cruiser. :( My neighbor below me carried a hand gun in his hand almost all the time. It was not concealed. Did anyone do anything about that? Nope! Him and his wife or woman would beat up on each other too. There was other couples that did the same. The owner sucks the most because he enables it to continue. I even had video to show him. Proof! He wanted to see it, but in the end did nothing. I am the one who had to move because my family's life was being threatened. I rented from summer '06 through fall '08. ...
