My name is Carmen Cruz I resident at 3229 Nature Cir Apt 103. Before that I was just to resident at 3223 Nature Cir Apt 305. At university club apartment. Why I choose to live here because it economic and I could afford it. Beside that I just to rent in concord before at Saxon Trace in orange city and also at Deland. The ladies at both places was so wonderful and polite always with smiles and treat the tenants like family they help u in any little problem to make sure u feel like home. University club apartment is a good place to live I didn't have no problem in the 3 years that I live in 3229 Nature Cir apartment 305. All my problems start when I ask for a transfer. I was living on the 3rd floor and my health condition started to get worse. I suffer from a mini stroke on 2021 also high blood pressure and bad heart palpitations and other's condition. The doctor recommended to move to a lower floor. I went to the office and spoke to the girl in the office Jomy and explain my health problem and what the doctor recommended. Jomy told me that I have to move out and apply again like a new tenant. Wow move out. where am going to go. I call application and they told me I didn't have to move out to apply online with a new email and I did. A year pass and the girl from the office call me and told me that they didn't have nothing for me . I ask why she told me because I don't have nothing. I told her I can wait a little longer and she told me with an attitude u don't understand I don't have nothing for u know or in the future. I reapply I have a medical condition and the doctor was the one who told me I can stay on the third floor and she told me them move. I call again to application and let them know what the girl told me. The application person told me to get a doctor note and take it to the office. I went to the doctor and they gave me the letter that day I wasn't feeling good cause bad heart palpitations and my little granddaughter was with me. I told her to go to the office and take the note. The girl ask her was that and my granddaughter told her is my grandma doctor letter and told her my name. She gave my little granddaughter an attitude. Two days later she call me and told me that I have to keep waiting until something comes available I say ok. When they call me and told me they have an apartment available I was happy. The day they call me to sign the lease it was a Friday if I am not mistaken. The lady that just to live in that apartment move the day before and turn the key that day. Jomy call me and told me to came in the afternoon to sign the lease. I told her I get out of work at 5 she told me she will wait for me I say ok. I went to the office sign my lease Jomy came with me to the apartment for a tour. When she turn on the light on roaches on the counter and on the stove the rugs all stain with dog pee and rip the refrigerator was damage. The door rubber was all broken I couldn't closed it. The ice maker was broken to. Jomy told me she was going to send maintenance to change my refrigerator and she was going to call the exterminator for the roaches. I have to call someone to clean my rugs because they didn't bother to clean it. Five days pass and no one came to change my refrigerator or fix it. I have to throw my food away cause even the roaches go in the refrigerator and my food spoiled. My supervisor call some one from the housing and housing call the office and then they came and change the refrigerator rubber and the ice maker keep braking on me. I told them why can they change the refrigerator the refrigerator wasn't working properly. The ice maker stop working maintenance told me that the piece that the ice maker need they don't make it no more. I went to the office and ask Pamela if they can change my refrigerator cause the ice maker is not working. She reply sorry ice maker is optional if u want ice u have to buy or not u can move cause this is not hub. I really want to know how many person in this complex buy ice no one only me. But the office family that live here have new refrigerator. I got tired of buying ice it been over a year buying ice every day. I am 64 years old with health condition and a low income. I work for Sarasota county school transportation and is hard for me to buy ice. Everything is expensive. I resident here for 4 years I never got behind in my rent or miss a payment not even when the Covid-19. Never have a complaint from me. They never c me talking to no one or hanging out in the complex. They treat me like shit. I diced to move out cause I can't afford to keep buying ice. Like I said university club apartment is a good place to live and I like it but those lady in the office Pamela and Jomy are the worst. Jomy was good at the beginning but after she transfer me to a lower floor she change. The only person that am going to miss that he is so adorable is the maintenance best maintenance ever. I also going to miss the complex cause I really like it. One thing am sure about they won't move no one to the apartment I am with that refrigerator. The only bad thing that I c in that complex was the shooting but u know what the office staff could avoid it. Because they knew what it was going on. But they look to the other side and pick on good tenants. I hope the next tenants be ad good as me. This picture are the way the gave me the refrigerator. The only thing I was asking for was to change my refrigerator. But Pamela told me if u don't like it move so that what am doing. Thank u concord for everything. ...

HORRABLE!!! Living at U Club was the absolute worst experience of my life. I would highly encourage no one to ever live there. The front desk is rude and unwilling to help residents. They do not know how to run a business and suck at managing the complex. I had multiple maintence problems ranging from air conditioning issues to my bed room being infested with wasps, that no one would help solve. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything such as phone converstations of the people living next to you. They charge residents randomly and refuse to talk about the circumstances. I got into a very bad car accident in front of the complex. My car did two 360 turns and front of my car was completely jammed into the middle, while the car I hit was wrapped around a pole. Literally the accident took place right in front of the main office, and not one U Club employee can outside to see if I was alive or if I needed any form of help. Until I lived at U club, I didnt have hate in my life. Now I can honestly say that I passionate HATE University Club and I would love for them to be shut down. ...
