MOLD. There was a huge mold issue dealing with my apartment. They will tell you the problem is solved but that is a LIE. It grows back quickly over winter and management includes a mold provision in your lease that basically blames you for any mold in the apartment. Do not live here, it is old and run down and they will only show you one decent "show" apartment that will be nothing like the one you live in. The apartment was filthy on move in day and when they dispatched a cleaning crew they literally poured an air freshner on the tile and used a dirty mop to move it around with. Cat hair was all over the carpets, the oven had not been cleaned and the bathroom was disgusting. But they saved the best for after move in. Mold, Leaky roof, Indifferent Managers - just some of the highlights of this complex. It is a small complex and very close to campus. The apartments are spacious and have more than adequate closets, Only problem is the constant leaking roof and mold infestation made it impossible to use some of the closets and from time to time the bedroom. Management NEVER responded in a timely fashion nor would call a proper licensed roofer in to make the needed repairs. There was exposed wiring throughout the apartment until I told them they were in code violation and was going to report them.
