When I first moved in they said they would fixed the window screens, they never did. On the move in checklist they checked everything in perfect condition, but a whole bunch of stuff were missing. And when I moved out they lied saying they don't have my updated checklist (my checklist even has their initials when they reinspected the apt). They raised the price at the end of every lease. As soon as they find out you're moving out they bring in people everyday to look at the apartment even if you're not home. After move out the inspection they had with me said everything was good. But after getting the security deposit they charged me for hours of cleaning and for paint touchup/repainting which is illegal since the walls weren't damaged in anyway and they cannot charge me for normal wear/tear/maintenance. Also I marked things down as dirty on my move in checklist and they lied saying they don't have my updated copy and everything was in perfect condition when I moved in.
