We had 6 leaks in the master bathroom alone. Several of those leaks were not fixed within Arizona Landlord Tenant Health & Safety time frames. Our last leak was in the living room and it rained from the ceiling fan and several other points all over our electronics. Did they fix it? No...it still smells like mold and mildew and the apartment is permanently damp. Don't live here, even in the short term. I rented from summer '05 through fall 10. ...
