House is walking distance to campus and also has several bus lines that run around and through campus pass less than a block away. Also close to Ravenna park and U-District Farmer's Market for those interested in spending time outdoors. Room is a little small and so has been configured as a Twin XXL Loft bed with a large desk space underneath. Shared kitchen and living space suitable for small-medium gatherings. Pictures below are of living room, kitchen, and the bedroom. All will be fully furnished as they are shown in the picture.
House is mixed gender (other roommates are 1M, 2F).
