The lease is available from June 8th. 2024 to Sept. 20th 2024, a bit over three months.

The property is a studio on the fourth floor and is very close to University of Washington and a few blocks away from the University Ave. which is a main shopping street where you will find all sorts restaurants, bars, shops..!

The studio is furnished with a twin bed frame, a desk and a chair, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, Wi-Fi, a private washroom, shared kitchen, shared laundry facilities......

The rental payment is expected on the first day of each leasing month. However, as an option, we offer you 200 USD discount for the entire leasing period of three months or more, shou you be willing to make a non-refundable, upfront and one-time payment before moving for your entire stay.

Fast wifi Internet access is available for an additional payment arrangement with the property management.

Please note that the prospect will go through a landlord screen process and a roommate addendum agreement with the landlord.
