Girls or couples only please! I have 2 rooms for sublet. It is a 3br 2 bath house in Manchester (Southside, about 5 min from downtown). No cats, dogs are fine as long as they're house trained. I am asking 500-600 depending on the room.

I am a 20 y/o female, I've lived in Richmond my whole life so if you're new here I'm happy to help you find your way around! I'm currently working as a patient care tech while studying at John Tyler to become a nurse. I have an 8 month old hound mix puppy, Lilo- she's super friendly with people and other dogs. I'm pretty laidback, just ask that roommates are respectful/ clean up after themselves etc. Let me know if you think its a good match!
