Available August 1st-looking for a Christian female roommate for 1 bed/bath room in the Woodlands of Charlottesville. (Unfortunately, the complex does not allow undergrads.)

The room is on the second floor in a 3 bed/3 bath townhome style apartment with a private full bath. The apartment complex is a gated community and has a pool, gym, tennis/volleyball/basketball courts, and fire pit. It's about 10 minutes away from the UVA hospital, and there's a washer/dryer in the apartment.

We are looking for someone to join our renewed lease for 08/01/2024 - 7/31/2025. Rent for the upcoming lease is $756.66 + utilities which usually are a little over $100 a month.

Myself (Alexi) and my current roommate Valerie are all Christians and regularly attend local churches. We are quiet and keep common areas neat.
