I'm seeking someone to take over my lease at University Village in Clemson. The rent is $785 a month. It's a nice, fully furnished townhouse where you'll have your own bedroom and bathroom. You'll be sharing a living room and a kitchen with two other roommates. I will also pay off the first month ($1000). The apartment is the closest building to the clubhouse/main office which offers a free workout room, free Computer Lab (Including printer), 2 pools, basketball court, sand volleyball court, tanning room, and a dog park nearby. It's just a 10-minute drive from Clemson University and a 6-minute drive from Southern Wesleyan University. The Cat Bus stops every 15 - 30 minutes, and the bus stop is a short walk from the apartment, ensuring easy and convenient transportation.
