Hello! Looking for housing for the 2024-25 school year?

I am looking for someone to take my lease for 1 bedroom and bath in a 3x3 unit at University Village. There is also potential for 2 rooms, each with its own bathroom, to be available.


It's a furnished apartment - no need to bring furniture. Bedrooms have beds and dressers. Shared space has couches, end tables, kitchen table, etc. If you would like, I will leave the 3 barstools we purchased for the kitchen island.
