About A room to sublet as soon as possible
Hi All,
Looking for someone to take over my room in a 3 Bed 3 Bath Premium layout apartment at Lancaster Ave in Downtown Philly.
It's right next to Drexel Campus and near UPenn Campus
It's located on the second floor, has a washer/dryer in unit, and gym.
I moved there last August and have had such a positive experience there but unfortunately, have had to move out due to my VISA issues.
The rent is $1455 per month and this would be a sub lease from March to July.
