Rent is $985/month and utilities also must be paid (electric/gas which is not very high during the summer).

Unit may be available as early as May 1 but currently finalizing moveout details. Certainly available by the week of May 5. Lease ends July 31.

Next steps after confirming interest: interested party must contact the rental office to apply for occupancy, then a transfer agreement is signed by both parties.
