There is easy access to the I-5 freeway and Pacific Highway. The room comes partially furnished with a queen size bed, desk and nice sized closet; it is approximately 10' by 10' with a large window and tall vaulted ceilings giving it a spacious feeling. The shared space includes living room, dining room and kitchen as well as shared access to a full bathroom (with tub and shower) next to the room being rented. There is a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, disposal and washer/dryer available for shared use. The home has air conditioning and a gas furnace. There are a total of three bedrooms in the house.
Cost is $800 per month with security deposit equal to one month rent on standard approval. Month to Month lease. Application fee is $43 per person. Utility costs are separate and split equally between myself (homeowner who lives here) and tenant(s). Renters insurance is required upon move in and throughout tenancy. No pets allowed. Street parking is allowed and free. There is a Homeowners Association, which takes care of mowing the yard and other external care of the property at no charge to you.
