Our building consists of 34 apartments all located on the ground level connected under one roof. The hallways have skylights flooding the walkways with natural light throughout the day. We have a central dining room located at the front of the building and off of a spacious entry and lobby. The lobby has vaulted ceiling and large windows for residents to enjoy a view of nature.

Plenty of resident parking available, with limited covered parking spots for an additional monthly rental fee.

The Villa offers residents a range of amenities that help ensure their independence. Most are included in the price of rent with no additional charges.
