Hi, I am subleasing my beautiful studio apt 3rd floor, when Im out of town for work! Typically I do subleasing when Im not at this unit at least 5 days or longer! Its a new apartment in a new area of Henderson, Nevada (Las Vegas) ! This studio is pretty spacious, and the view from the giant patio it amazing! I am a healthy active spiritual person, so Im seeking for someone who is positive minded, clean, and responsible like myself. :) Theres a washer and dryer INSIDE the unit, so you do NOT need to go anywhere for laundry EXCEPT when you need to wash your over sized items. It is located on the 3rd floor, no elevator, so you get your workout done but it might not be suitable for anyone who needs an elevator to get upstairs. Also this unit comes with a free parking spot outside. I can show you where to park if you do have a vehicle. Not gated but very safe and peaceful place with a huge park right across from the apt building.
