Advertised rate is only applicable for stays within advertised date range and the stay must be 60 days or more for the rate to apply. Unit is primarily a vacation rental and must be rented at the nightly rate for stays under 60 days or during the summer season. Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental without a co-signer.

When you walk into this 4th floor condo you are immediately greeted by an amazing ocean view. The nicely appointed kitchen is positioned on the left side of the condo. The kitchen has been remodeled to maximize the function and floor space in the property and features a Keurig. A private balcony overlooks the pool and gives endless views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom is located just off the living room. Furnished with a comfortable king bed and jaw dropping views, you will love waking up here! There is a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo and access to the patio from the master suite. A hall bathroom with walk-in shower services the nearby guest room. The guest room faces the intracoastal waterway and is outfitted with two full sized beds and TV. There are shared coin laundry rooms on each floor.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
