Unit is primarily a vacation rental and must be rented at the nightly rate for stays under 60 days or during the summer season. Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental without a co-signer.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse is less than ½ block to the ocean front and a short stroll one block north to Johnnie Mercer’s Pier. Enjoy the ocean views from both decks! The lower level features an open living/dining/kitchen area, 1 bedroom and 1 bath. Upstairs is the master bedroom opening onto a private deck, master bath, guest bedroom and bath. Outside hot/cold shower. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 3 Queen, 1 Twin. The bunk bed was removed and replaced with a queen bed, updated photos coming soon.

Fully Furnished. Utilities included in the rental. Owner will consider well trained, house broken dogs with associated fees, flea inspection, and deposit.
