Separate breakfast nook overlook the backyard that is an oasis and easily accessed through the sliding glass door. The recently remodeled modern kitchen has everything you need to cook or just have a really great cup of coffee.

Continuing down the hallway, the master bedroom suite lies to your left at the end of the hallway. It features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom featuring double vanities and a luxury tile shower. Both bedroom two and bedroom three feature a queen bed in each, lie across the hallway from the master bedroom. Just beyond the bedrooms is the full bathroom located in the hallway. Across the hallway from the bedrooms is a small closet conveniently containing a washer and dryer.

If not relaxing on one of the beautiful local beaches you will be relaxing in the oasis of a backyard feature a large deck with comfortable seating as well as a fire pit which is the perfect gathering spot to make smores.
