Advertised rate is only applicable for stays within advertised date range and the stay must be 60 days or more for the rate to apply. Unit is primarily a vacation rental and must be rented at the nightly rate for stays under 60 days or during the summer season. Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental without a co-signer.

This newly remodeled three bedroom and two bathroom home is located just a couple blocks back from the beach and has plenty of parking and two large decks. Featuring a King bed in the primary bedroom, along with an on suite bathroom, you'll be among the very first guests to enjoy the newly redesigned spaces. There is a queen bed in the second bedroom and a full bed in the third, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. All of these are serviced by the beautiful hallway bath. The kitchen has been fully redone with a tile backsplash and new appliances.

Pet Policy: Pets welcome with a $400 nonrefundable fee per dog (2 pet maximum).
