Advertised rate is only applicable for stays within advertised date range and the stay must be 60 days or more for the rate to apply. Unit is primarily a vacation rental and must be rented at the nightly rate for stays under 60 days or during the summer season. Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental without a co-signer.

This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath newly remodeled home allows you to enjoy the privacy and luxury feel of having your own space. Both bedrooms have King sized beds! A nice full bathroom is just off kitchen area, and a brand new powder room was just added for extra comfort. There is a sleeper sofa for the kiddos and a private outdoor shower.
