Advertised rate is only applicable for stays within advertised date range and the stay must be 60 days or more for the rate to apply. Unit is primarily a vacation rental and must be rented at the nightly rate for stays under 60 days or during the summer season. Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental without a co-signer.

This uniquely-designed two-bedroom, two-bath, 2nd floor end unit condo with an elevator in Ocean Dunes gives you a beautiful view and experience of the Atlantic. You'll have plenty of room to relax with the open concept kitchen, dining and living areas that lead out onto the spacious oceanfront deck. The main bedroom is also oceanfront with a Queen bed and attached full bath with it's own entrance to the deck. The second bedroom has two Twin beds and utilizes the second full bath in the hallway. A sleeper sofa in the living room rounds out the sleeping arrangements. The unit is equipped with cable and Wi-Fi. Note that the fireplace is decorative only and does not function.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
