Advertised rate is only applicable for stays within advertised date range and the stay must be 60 days or more for the rate to apply. Unit is primarily a vacation rental and must be rented at the nightly rate for stays under 60 days or during the summer season. Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental without a co-signer.

The sizable covered front porch welcomes you warmly and sets the tone for this charming home. Upon entering you are greeted by the nicely updated kitchen complete with coffee bar. There is compact seating for four people that opens to the cozy living room. Two plush sofas line the living area and make a wonderful place to relax at the end of a long sun-filled day. A smart TV allows you to stream your favorite apps, and there is also an expanded satellite package. There is a stacked washer and dryer in the hall for added convenience. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and offers the same expanded tv services that are found in the main living area. The second bedroom is also outfitted with a queen-sized bed and has a tv that offers streaming services. Both bedrooms have generous closet space and can easily access the hall bathroom. Complete with tasteful décor and soothing ocean tones, the bathroom offers a shower tub combo.
