Unit is primarily a vacation rental and must be rented at the nightly rate for stays under 60 days or during the summer season. Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental without a co-signer.

This four-bedroom, three-bath townhome has partial ocean views. The ground level has a carport that will accommodate up to three cars and has an outside shower. The main level features one bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom. It has a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a living room that leads out to a covered deck with ocean views. The second level has the primary suite that also has a private deck with ocean views, a Queen bed, large walk-in closet, and private bath. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor that share a bathroom, one bedroom with a Queen and one with two Twin beds. The Living Room TV is hooked to Roku, the downstairs bedroom has a TV with a DVD player only, no cable or streaming., The upstairs primary bedroom has a TV with an antenna for local stations, and one other bedroom has a smart TV for streaming. No grill and no Cable TV.
