Looking for a female roommate to rent a 1 bedroom and private bath in a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath townhome in a quiet neighborhood in Cary close to NC State, I-40, and US-1. The house comes fully furnished except for your bedroom!

You will only have to pay approximately $460/month for rent and utilities. What's the catch? I have a physical disability, so I may need occasional assistance overnight and in case there is an emergency. You and the other roommate share a commitment that one of you will be available at night from 11 pm to 7 am to help me. While it is usually rare and minor when I need overnight help, I still need someone at the house in case of emergency. No drama, neat and clean, and relatively quiet. Can be flexible on move-in date, so it is really up to you!
