About Lease Takeover at The Station for August or September move in.
Looking for someone who is interested in taking over my lease (male or female) at The Station for August/September (2021-2022) move-in. It is the Carter Townhouse (4BR, 4BA) fully furnished. My lease is currently $766, which is much cheaper than what the apartment is leasing for ($810). All utilities except for electricity is included in my rent.
