Perfect if you are looking for extra dose of vitamin D. Large second-floor apartment with lots of natural light. Large living area, proper dining room, large breakfast nook off of galley kitchen that has plenty of cabinet and pantry space, two nice, equal-size bedrooms with lovely glass block detail and plenty of closet space. Updated bathroom. Newer windows. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms. This particular unit is not vampire-friendly, but I've got other spaces that may appeal to the daylight-sensitive.

Coin-laundry in the bright and not creepy basement, along with additional storage space.

Assigned garage parking options available but frankly street parking here is free and a cinch.
