The apartment sublease is from august 16 to July 31 for a 12 month lease. Rent is $665 and paid through the apartment and the apartment is fully furnished and you will be living with 3 other roommates. All utilities are included except electricity which is also paid where rent is paid. The pictures show below are just the model and the unit comes with an all the furniture but you can decorate it however you want.
