The Fred is located in a 1960’s era office park called Pentagon Park, adjacent to a former golf course that has been repurposed as Fred Richards Park. The building brings together resort style living, “work from home” unit layouts, and access to nature, light and views in a dynamic location that is only growing more desirable with time.
