About SDSU lease takeover - 1 bedroom available Spring Semester
I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for spring semester (Jan 1 - June 16, 2025) since I’m graduating. Or if you need earlier, we can do that too.
Location: a couple blocks from SDSU campus
Details:
Private room in a 6 bedroom house with 5 other guys. Shared bathroom with 1 other roommate
Rent is $1500/month
House has a washer/dryer
Large backyard for hanging out and off street parking
Males only please
Willing to negotiate on rent and can leave room furnished if you want.
