This unfurnished 600 sq ft apartment features plenty of light, hardwood floors, walk-in closets, a renovated kitchen, a private entrance and onsite laundry. As compensation for the role of caretaker, rent is reduced ($687/month). Heat and water are included; gas/electric not included.

Caretaker duties include routine boiler maintenance and cleaning bldg's common areas. Duties can be completed at flexible times - approximately 10 hours/week or less. Caretaker or cleaning experience is a plus but not required; looking for someone who would be willing to obtain boiler's license upon request. No snow removal, lawn care or building repairs are expected.

The building is located at 215 Chatsworth Street South; easy access to 35E, 94, Ayd Mill Road, bus lines, and nearby Grand Avenue. Street parking is readily available. The building and property are 100% non-smoking.
