VSM Fees & Requirements:

- Lease Origination Fee: $250
- Move in funds include security deposit, first full monthβs rent, lease origination fee, and non refundable pet fee, if applicable.
- Tenant must obtain renterβs insurance with no less than $50,000 in liability coverage prior to moving in.
- Any utility accounts that are to be paid directly by tenant, must be in tenants name (by tenant) prior to moving in.
