We are looking for someone to sublet the main floor of a great house in Lakeville. Make coffee, being your laptop out to the porch. The backyard is Rolling Oaks Park, with some houses to the left and a quiet street along the park on your right. Park has a b ball court, skating rink, playground.
Main level: Large, high ceiling LR (15x13), dining area w ceiling fan. Full kitchen w plenty of cupboard, pantry space. New dishwasher, fridge on the way. Kitchen is shared; we have a fridge, microwave, etc downstairs so we use the kitchen about once a day and coordinate cooking when you're at work or school.
Hallway closet, linen closet, both bedrooms have closets. Main BR (12x12) has a ceiling fan. 2nd BR (12x9) both are close to bathroom, which has a tub/shower.
Great central A/C, heat. Laundry is downstairs, we communicate to put our dog away, 1 garage spot plus room in front door entry, or come through the garage.
Downtown bus line is a few blocks away. 5 minute drive to Culver's, Walgreens, Cub, Chipotle, Cracker Barrel, Kwik Trip,Fleet Farm, coffee etc.
House is cool in summer, warm and cozy in the winter We are looking for respectful, communicative people for a great house. We want you to be comfortable and everyone to have as much peace and privacy as possible!
