Looking for someone to take over my lease at The Paddock for the 2024-2025 term. The lease would begin August 1st-July 31st 2025.
The rent would be $749 for one room or $1,498 for the entire unit. Utilities include water, sewer, trash, and WiFi provided by Xfinity. In unit wash and dryer
