The bedroom listed has wood floors, two large windows, and a closet. There were still things in there from my current roommate when I took pictures but it's a nice and spacious room with plenty of closet space.
Rent is 650/ not including utilities. Those are internet, gas heat, and electric which we split 3 ways. Landlord takes care of sewer. Trash removal is on us (just have to put it on the curb).
Pets are negotiable with the landlord.

About myself: I'm Mary, a 26 year old nursing student. In my spare time I can be found playing soccer, working out, binging Netflix or studying of course . I like to keep a clean and organized house, especially in the kitchen and bathroom, but I'm generally very easy-going and I can get along with all kinds of people.
Other roommate is 25 female who works full time.
