Welcome to Malden! A wee bit about the place- Up for rent is a 1 bed 1 bath on the second floor of a 4 family house. Recently renovated, the kitchen and bath still look fantastic, windows are all new throughout the unit, and walls are all nicely painted. Along with a decent amount of storage in the kitchen, there is also a dishwasher, fridge, electric stove, and built in microwave. Off of the kitchen is the bathroom with floating vanity, and rainfall shower head, all nicely tiled.

Both the living room and bedroom are large at about 15' x 15'. Walls are painted a neutral light gray. I will include a tv mount for you to use if needed. The bed in the pictures is a queen.

The house:
There is coin-op laundry in the basement for $1.50 per load. The rent includes a parking space. There is a shared front yard for your use.

The location:
Situated 6/10 of a mile from Malden T stop, and half a block away from the bus stop that will bring you to the T if you're feeling lazy that day, the apartment is also convenient to routes 1 and 93 - both about 10 minutes away with moderate traffic. The house is also less than a half mile to the main strip of restaurants and bars in hoppin' downtown Malden. If you are a gym goer, there's a fully stocked YMCA less than 2 minutes walk from the house - it's new and has everything from the pool to daily yoga classes included in the membership. There's also a public pool down the street for those hot summer days. Behind the house about a 5 minute walk away, there's an awesome hill that has some of the best views of Boston. It's a great place to exercise.

The apartment comes available anytime June 1. Pets are negotiable for extra. For deposits I take 1st and last, subject to change. No fee apartment!!!
