I am seeking a roommate for the 2 bedroom/2 full bathroom condo I rent in Meridian Kessler. Move in date is September 1. Rent includes everything except electric and internet. Place comes with hardwood floors, granite countertops, a pool, a gym, high ceilings, free (& plentiful) parking, great views, elevators, updated appliances, washer/dryer in-unit, etc. Condo is furnished except for roommate's bedroom & bathroom. The condo is close to the Monon Trail, Butler University, Broad Ripple, and is an easy drive to downtown (IUPUI, Mass Ave), Fountain Square, Castleton, etc. It is also 2 blocks away from The Red Line and close to I65, I70, and I465. No smoking or drugs allowed. No pets allowed, as I have a 10-pound Pomeranian already. I am a female educator and just recently finished graduate school.
