The Graduate Student Farmhouse has offered a community specifically for incoming or current UIUC Graduate Students and Post Docs from a wide array of departments for over 30 years! Only two spots left for August 1.

If you want to live in a quiet, off-campus setting near the vet school (you can see campus from the porch), but have the opportunity to interact with vetted graduate students coming to UIUC from all over the United States, this is for you. This spacious, turn-of-the-century farmhouse has been completely remodeled and updated. All utilities included in the price.

We are located on South Race Street just past the UIUC South Farms (East of Savoy). You must have your own vehicle as the property is not on a bus line.

Enjoy watching horses, mules, and goats grazing and enjoy amazing sunset views on the prairie while dining on the wrap-around front porch. Converse with others in front of the wood burning stone fireplace or around the outdoor fire pit.
