It's a furnished apartment with an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a TV in the living room. It's a penthouse unit with a balcony and has the best views of Boneyard Creek in front of the building (picture attached). The base rent is $800 per month (DOWN FROM 920), and water, sewage, trash, recycling, and internet come out to $70 per month. Electricity is billed separately, and that comes out to approximately $25-50 per month, depending on the season.
