Summer housing available 2025!

Looking to relet my private bedroom and bathroom in my amazing 4 bed apartment in downtown Savannah at the Helmsman! This posting is looking for someone who would like to live with 3 clean, kind and accomodating roomates (all attending SCAD)!

The building is new construction, apartment is fully furnished with a full size bed, large desk and chair. The Helmsman leases by the bedroom, so you would take over my lease which ends in August 2025. I've listed it as a 4bed 4 bath apartment, but just to be clear, only one bed and bath are available for relet.

This is an amazing space both physcially and emotionally, I am only leaving because this is my last quarter at SCAD. I will be moving out just before the end of the SCAD Spring Quarter.
