I am looking for a female roommate to share an annual (12mos) lease of an approx. 1,200 sq ft under air townhouse apartment at Greenleaf located across from Veteran's Memorial Park off Tower Road just west of I75. The room will be ready to move into at the end of June. Rent is $700 per month, downstairs private room with sliding door leading to a large wrap around backyard. Room is approx. 13x13feet with walk-in under the stairs large closet. Share 1/2 utilities which includes electric & internet. Pets welcome (following pet interview) with pet fee ($150) & deposit ($250) per pet (negotiable). Santa Fe College is 11 miles (18 mins), Publix grocery store 1.5 miles away. Application fee $60 will include background and credit check. Inhabitants currently living in the unit include one human (me), bird (my life, soul and reason for existing) and a small Pomeranian dog (my living alarm system).
